As of the spring of 1999 Foothills is operating 3 machining centers for crusher jaws. Our customers need fast deliveries and now we can supply our products faster than any other foundry. Previously, in emergencies, we have cast, heat-treated, machined and shipped a complete set of cone liners in five working days. Three planer milling centers are available to finish machine crusher jaws, insuring prompt delivery. Gyratory liners are machined using 3 vertical boring mills, the largest of which turns 8' diameter
